At First Time Finance, we love celebrating those who empower others to reach their dreams. The more people you help, the higher you climb on our leaderboard. Compete to be our Top Referrer of the Quarter and unlock exclusive rewards!

  • Each valid referral who completes a mortgage with First Time Finance will earn you a £100 voucher, issued within 7 business days of completion.
  • Points System: 1 point is awarded when a referral books and attends a discovery call, plus an additional 5 points once they become a client (max 6 points per referral).
  • The leaderboard resets every quarter (March, June, September, December).
  • Leaderboard prizes (£300 / £200 / £150) are awarded to the top 3 scorers and issued within 14 business days after the quarter ends.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
  • Rewards and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Only the first person to refer an individual will be eligible; duplicate or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
  • First Time Finance reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral programme at any time.

How long do you keep my data for? We may store your data for up to six years past the end of any business relationship, after which time it will be securely destroyed. If you would no longer like us to process your data at any time, you have the right to object to processing your data.
